How to Upload Keywords and Ads in Google Ads Editor

Step 1: Prepare Your Keywords and Ad Copy

Before uploading, organize your data in a spreadsheet.

  • Save your spreadsheet as a CSV or Excel file.

  • Go to “Make Multiple Changes” > “Add/Update Multiple Keywords”.
  • Click “Paste from Clipboard, after selecting the data range from your CSV or Excel file.

4.3 Review and Apply Changes

  • Save your ad copy spreadsheet as a CSV or Excel file.

  • Go to “Make Multiple Changes” > “Add/Update Multiple Keywords”.
  • Apply the same steps as uploading keywords.

5.3 Review and Apply Changes

  • Verify imported ad copies.
  • Click “Keep” and “Post” to make them live.
